Organizational Workshops support teams carrying the weight of social change. In environments where isolation, exhaustion, and burnout take root, these workshops create space for renewal, connection, and healing.
Through creative practices, I guide reflection, foster community care, and strengthen trust, addressing the impacts of systemic oppression while empowering participants to step into purposeful action and deeper alignment.
Collective Healing & Learning Experiences
-
Creative Renewal Sessions
Restorative workshops for self- and community-care.
These sessions create space for reflection, relaxation, and reconnection—countering burnout with practices of care and creativity.
Activities may include guided artmaking, journaling, gentle movement, storytelling, or somatic practices that support stress release and nervous system regulation.
Outcomes: Participants leave with renewed energy, stronger connections to one another, and simple practices to integrate rest and resilience into their daily work.
-
Liberatory Learning Spaces
Trainings that deepen awareness, build skills, and foster collaboration across difference.
These sessions offer an interactive approach to exploring identity, systemic oppression, and power dynamics in the workplace. Through creative exercises and dialogue, participants practice holding complexity, building empathy, and working together across lines of difference.
Activities may include visual mapping of identity, storytelling circles, collaborative art projects, and facilitated discussions that connect personal reflection to systemic context.
Outcomes: Teams gain shared language, increased cultural humility, and practical tools for creating more equitable and liberatory organizational cultures.
-
Community Care Circles
Restorative processes for moving from rupture to repair.
When harm has occurred within a team or organization, Community Care Circles provide a facilitated space to acknowledge, process, and move toward healing. Rooted in restorative justice and creative practice, these circles prioritize safety, accountability, and collective repair.
Activities may include guided storytelling, ritual and symbol-making, collective agreements, and facilitated dialogue that honors both individual experiences and shared responsibility.
Outcomes: Participants leave with greater understanding, strengthened trust, and a renewed commitment to working together with care and integrity.
