A soft place to land.

Something brought you here. A longing, a question, a fear, a desire. The good news is you don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t need to have your final destination in mind or even believe you can get there. I work with the ones who are still finding their way. The uncertain, the confused, the overwhelmed, the hopeful. Those who have seen glimmers of possibility and want more.

Together, we’ll unravel the stories of “too much” or “not enough” and we’ll find you.

I have three primary goals when working with my clients.

  1. Co-create a space where you feel seen, heard, valued, and supported in your wholeness.

  2. Gently uncover and challenge the stories, external messages, and barriers that may be holding you back, creating space for new understanding and growth.

  3. Equip you with strategies, resources, and life-giving clarity to help you move at your pace, encouraging progress to reach your goals.

A Path of Self-Love, Liberation, and Becoming

1:1 Coaching & Consultation Rates

  • This is a single, focused session where we dive deep into a topic that matters to you. I’ll bring my full presence, training, and experience to support whatever you're navigating. If you'd like to continue, you're welcome to book additional 60- or 90-minute sessions. If we meet more than four times within a year, we’ll move into an ongoing support model that better reflects that ongoing connection.

  • These sessions are for folks who want or need ongoing support. Most people at this tier meet with me every other week, but I’m happy to find a rhythm that works for you whether that’s weekly, monthly, every six weeks, or something else that fits your needs and budget.

  • These sessions are for people who want to show up with more care, clarity, and intention for the people in your orbit. Whether you’re a therapist, partner, parent, friend, or chosen family, we’ll explore the questions, emotions, and dynamics that come up when you're trying to support someone through a lived experience different from your own. These conversations are a space for reflection, learning, and building your capacity to show up with curiosity, compassion, and accountability.

Sliding Scale & Accessibility

I offer a sliding scale so that more people can get the support they need. My listed rates reflect the true cost of this work and help sustain my practice.

If those full rates are out of reach, you’re welcome to choose a rate within the sliding scale that honors your circumstances, no need to explain or justify.

If you’re able to pay at the higher end of the scale, know that your contribution helps make it possible for others to pay less. This is one way we practice interdependence, a form of gift economy where funds circulate to support the collective.

I also welcome barter or trade, especially from those who are resourced in time, skills, or other non-monetary offerings. If that feels like a better fit for you, just let me know and we’ll explore possibilities together.

Want to know more about what it’s like to work together one on one?

Coaching is a collaborative space where we center your values, challenges, and goals together. Whether you're craving clarity, support, or change, this is a space to reconnect with yourself and move forward with intention.

Training & Facilitation

I also offer professional development and custom trainings for service providers, educators, therapists, and organizations who want to deepen their work at the intersection of healing, justice, and creative practice. Topics often include fat liberation, gender-affirming care, trauma-informed approaches, preventing burnout, and supporting neurodivergent clients, but I’m happy to tailor the content to your needs.
