It all begins with a quiet knowing. A pull toward change, healing, or something more true.
Maybe you’re ready to shift your relationship with your body, your identity, or the stories you’ve carried but you’re not sure where to start.
Maybe you have a vision and just need a little support to bring it into focus. Wherever you are, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
What you choose next can make all the difference.

Let’s Break the Ice…
I know it can feel weird, hard, or awkward to take that first step to reach out to someone you don’t know, especially when it’s about something personal like support or coaching. So, I made this quick video to introduce myself and what I do, but most importantly to show you what it might look like to work with me.

FAQs
Do you take insurance?
No, I don’t accept insurance. Because this is a coaching and creative support space not clinical therapy it isn't eligible for insurance reimbursement. If finances are a concern, feel free to reach out. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots and I’m happy to talk more about what’s possible.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
Yes! I reserve a handful of sliding scale spots for folks who need it, especially those who hold marginalized identities. If cost is a barrier, please don’t hesitate to reach out through the contact form and we can explore what might work for you.
I’m also open to bartering or creative trades when it feels like a mutual fit, just let me know what you have in mind, and we’ll see what’s possible.
Is this traditional talk therapy?
Nope! While I bring the depth of my art therapy training and clinical mental health counseling experience into this work, these sessions are part of a coaching relationship, not clinical therapy. This means we can focus on creativity, embodiment, and forward movement, without diagnosing or treatment planning. Think of it as a space to be witnessed, to unlearn harmful messages, and to reconnect with your body, your truth, and your own deep knowing.
Do you work with people who aren’t artists or don’t have any artsy skills?
Absolutely. No art experience is needed, just a willingness to be curious and try new things. Creative tools are just one of many ways we can explore what’s coming up for you. There’s no pressure to make anything “good” or “finished.” I like to say we’re not making gallery quality art, we’re making honest art to help understand and communicate our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and stories. It’s about process, not product.
Do you do your work virtually or in person?
I’m currently in the process of identifying a studio space to serve as a home base. In the meantime, I offer virtual sessions or we can get creative about where we meet based on what feels comfortable and supportive for your goals.
For example, if you’re working on feeling more in touch with your body, maybe we take a dip in the lake or go for a gentle walk at the park while we talk. Working on a creative project and want to do some brainstorming and sketching? Let’s meet at your favorite coffee shop or the library. I’m open to finding a spot that feels good to us both.
When choosing in-person locations, I do my best to consider accessibility, sensory needs, and trauma-informed care. If there’s something that helps you feel safe and supported, I welcome you to share it.
