Hi, I’m Chelsea (they/them)
I’m a Minnesota-based, pop music-and-nature-loving art mentor and guide to anyone curious about exploring themselves in creative ways. As a former trauma art therapist and college professor, I aim to take all my academic and clinical knowledge and translate it into accessible, uncomplicated systems and strategies that can help anyone improve their mental health and boost their creativity...at any stage of their journey.
