We’ll begin with a gentle breathing exercise and then conduct a simple, creative visual body check-in. This video is a chance to pause, notice what’s happening inside, and set an intention for your body that feels good and doable.

It’s also a low-stakes way to experience what it’s like to work with me and get a sense of how I approach things.

What you’ll need

Drawing Materials (I am using markers but you can use pens, colored pencils, crayons, paint , or whatever else you have on hand).

A blank piece of paper or sketchbook.
